We are stoked to announce we will be reopening our stores soon, and we can't wait to see all your friendly faces again.

MoneyGram is no longer available via Travel Money NZ as we have discontinued this service. MoneyGram continues to operate globally, please call MoneyGram on 0800 444 630, or visit the MoneyGram website. We cannot assist with MoneyGram transactions.

Travel Money Transfers:

Travel Money Transfers are still available via our website to help you transfer money to and from another country. If you don't already have an account, you can sign up online.

Cash Passport:

You can continue to login to your account to check your balance, view your transaction history, reload your card and manage your travel money.

We're currently getting all our stores up-to-date and better than ever, so we can serve you with top level service as you prepare to travel the world.

Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily pause the purchase of all foreign cash due to restrictions placed upon us during this unpredented time. To be alerted when we resume our normal services, please continue to check our website. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

We recommend using the online cash out process to return these funds to your nominated bank account. 

To cash out, login to your account and select Transfer money > Cash out to a bank account.

You can still load your card online! Log in to your Cash Passport account and follow the prompts to reload.
