Q: How do I receive my Rate Guard Claim?
A: Visit the store you purchased your original currency within the 14 day Rate Guard Period. Simply show your receipt that has your Rate Guard Reference number and the Travel Money NZ consultant will process your Rate Guard Claim.
Q: Will I be charged any exchange fees or commission on my Rate Guard Claim amount?
A: We will not charge you any further fees to process your Rate Guard Claim.
Q: Which currency will I receive my Rate Guard Claim?
A: You will receive your Rate Guard Claim in NZD, directly to your nominated bank account.
Q: If I purchase multiple currencies, does Rate Guard only apply to one of them?
A: No, Rate Guard can be added to any or all of the eligible currency purchases*.
Q: How much does Rate Guard cost?
A: Rate Guard is free when you exchange at the standard exchange rate advertised in store.
Q: Where is Rate Guard available?
A: Rate Guard is available in all Travel Money NZ stores.
